SALES COMMISSION :
In order to retain our services, we charge an initial flat fee upon instruction of £850. The Retainer Fee is subject to renewal after a six month search period for purchasers. We charge 1% of the purchase price, (this figure excludes VAT) and is payable in full upon exchange of contracts.

Please Note: The Retainer Fee will be deducted from our final Sales invoice.

RENTAL COMMISSION :
In order to retain our services, we charge an initial flat fee upon instruction of £850. The Retainer Fee is subject to a renewal charge after a six week search period. We charge four weeks worth of the rental figure agreed (this figure excludes VAT), which is payable upon signing of the rental contract.

Please Note: The Retainer Fee will be deducted from our final Rental invoice.
